Airport Authority of India Engagement of Apprentices 2024: Airport Authority of India, Regional Headquarter (Eastern Region) has notified for the engagement of Apprentices as per the Apprentices Act 1961 (as amended in 1973 and till date) for the year 2024. The apprenticeship id for Graduates, Diploma and ITI candidates. A total of 135 posts of Apprenticeship has been advertised with Graduates 45 seats, Diploma 50 seats and ITI 40 seats.
The last date for the receipt of application is 31-10-2024. For the Airport Authority of India Engagement of Apprentices 2024 only Indian Nationals under the Eastern Region are eligible for engagement. The age limit for applying to Apprenticeship is maximum 26 years as on 31-07-2024. Relaxation in age limit will be as per Government of India guidelines.

Educational Qualification
Graduate & Diploma Candidates:
Candidates should possess full time (regular) four years degree or three years (regular) diploma in Engineering in any of the above-mentioned streams, recognized by AICTE, GOI.
ITI Trade:
Candidates should possess ITI/NCVT certificate of the above-mentioned tradesfrom institutes recognized by AICTE, GOI.
Eligibility Criteria
Only Indian Nationals under the Eastern Region are eligible.Candidates passed degree/diploma in 2022 or after 2022 are eligible. Maximum Age is 26 years as on 31-07-2024. Relaxation in upper age limit for categories like SC/ST/OBC/PWBD etc. as per Govt. of India guidelines is applicable.
Selection Procedure
Provisional selection of the candidates would be merit-based in the qualifying examination. The shortlisted candidates will be called for Interview/Document verification through their registered email IDs only.
The final selection will be based on Interview/verification of certificates and submission of Medical Fitness Certificate at the time of joining. The selected candidates will be posted preferably at the given locations in Eastern Region based on their registration location (in portal).

The interested candidates are required to apply through BOAT/RDAT’s web portal https://nats.education.gov.in (graduate/diploma apprentices) and www.apprenticeshipindia.org (for ITI Trade) by finding establishment Airports Authority of India –RHQ ER, Kolkata (EWBPNC000015 / ) and click the apply button in the next page.
After successful application, the message “Successfully applied for the training position. Based on availability, you will be contacted by the establishment” will appear. Candidates should register themselves with the concerned portal (NATS/NAPS/RDAT) prior to applying for apprenticeship training in AAI without fail. Correspondence/Communication in any other manner will not be entertained.
