BEL Security Officer Recruitment 2024 has been notified for Security Officer and Assistant Security Officer posts. The post for Security Officer notified is permanent post for various locations all over India. An experience of 3 years post qualification is also required. BEL Security Officer Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Nationality

Candidate must be a citizen of India.

AGE (as on 01.09.2024)

Relaxation in age will be applicable to the Ex-Servicemen as per Government guidelines.

The application of the candidates not meeting the prescribed age criteria will be rejected /cancelled without any prior intimation.

The upper age limit will be relaxable for OBC(NCL) candidates by 03 years and SC/ST candidates by 05 years.

SSLC/SSC/ISC mark card and any other valid document will be considered as proof of date of birth.

Important Note:

Candidates seeking age relaxation will be required to attach copy of relevant certificate along with application and submit in original in case of selection or furnish list at any subsequent stage of the process for verification.

Candidates belonging to OBC category (Non Creamy Layer) should produce the Certificate issued on or after 01.09.2023.

Educational Qualification

3 years Degree in any discipline. Qualification should be from a recognized University.

The candidate must possess all valid mark-sheets / Degree Certificate (Convocation Certificate).

In case there is no mention of specialization in the qualifying degree as required in the minimum essential educational qualification, candidates are required to attach a copy of Certificate from University/Institution/College along with the application and submit in original along with photocopies at the time of interview and/or at any stage of process of verification with a clear mention of their specialization in the qualifying degree.

Security Officer:
SSC Officer of Captain rank from Indian Army / equivalent rank from Navy / Airforce/Class I Gazetted Officer of Central Paramilitary Organisations (CAPF‟s)

Assistant Security Officer:
Should be in JCO grade at the time of leaving the Army / Navy / Air Force /Central Paramilitary Organizations (CAPF‟s)

Candidate should possess Discharge Certificates/Documents issued by the previous and present employer clearly indicating period of employment and post held.

BEL Security Officer Recruitment 2024 Mode of Selection

The candidates meeting the criteria mentioned in the advertisement will be shortlisted for the selection process. Eligible Candidates will be called for Written Test for 85 marks and those who clear the same will be shortlisted for Interview for 15 marks. The place of written test and interview will be in Bengaluru only.
