| Modalities adopted for Final Selection | 1. The Birth Certificate/Aadhar Card has not been considered as valid proof of date of birth. 2. Caste Certificate in Prescribed Format (for SC/ST/OBC candidates), EWS Certificate in prescribed format. All candidates who have submitted OBC Community Certificate issued for Central Govt./List irrespective of date of issue of such certificate, have been considered eligible subject to submission of declaration for person belonging to non-creamy layer on the day of Interview. Candidates with either father name discrepancy or self name discrepancy have been considered eligible subject to submission of declaration on the day of Interview. 3. Candidates having OBC Community certificate issued for their respective state list of OBC Community have been considered Not Eligible. 4. EWS certificate in prescribed format (for EWS candidates) valid for the Financial Year 2023-24 has been accepted. 5. Candidates having any Degree in Law of a recognized University irrespective of being Bachelors’ Degree/Masters’ Degree have been considered Eligible. |
