CTET Dec 2024 Online Form Notification Eligibility 

Friends, CTET exam 2024 is conducted on two stages, first is the primary stage, in which it is conducted for students from class one to fifth, second is the secondary stage, in which it is conducted for the students of level 2, in which class It is organised for students from class 6th to 8th. 

Provision for different qualifications has been made for both of them. You can see these qualifications step by step here.

Primary Stage (Class I to V) :

• Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2- year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known) OR
• Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of a 2- year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure), Regulations, 2002. OR
• Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 4- year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.EI.Ed). OR
• Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2- year Diploma in Education (Special Education)

Elementary Stage (Class VI to VIII)

• Graduation and passing or appearing in the final year of a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known). OR
• Graduation with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in 1-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed). OR
• Graduation with at least 45% marks and passing or appearing in 1-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations issued from time to time in this regard. OR
• Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 4- year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.EI.Ed). OR
• Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 4- year B.A/B.Sc. B.Ed or B.A. B.Ed/B.Sc. B.Ed OR
• Graduation with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in 1-year B.Ed. (Special Education).OR
• Any candidate having qualified B.Ed. Programme recognized by the NCTE is eligible to appear in TET/CTET.

Step 1: Registration

– Visit CTET official website

– Click on “Apply Online” link

– Fill in basic information (name, mobile number, email ID)

– Submit and note down Registration No./Application No.

Step 2: Fill Application Form

– Login with Registration No./Application No. and password

– Fill in educational qualifications, address, and other details

– Choose exam city and medium of language

Step 3: Upload Documents

– Upload scanned photograph (10-100 KB, JPEG format)

– Upload scanned signature (3-30 KB, JPEG format)

Step 4: Pay Examination Fee

– Select payment option (debit/credit card, net banking)

– Pay fee (₹1000 for General/OBC, ₹500 for SC/ST/Differently abled)

– Take printout of payment receipt

Step 5: Preview and Submit
