Experienced Engineering Job Details

NTPC is looking for experienced professionals for its CO2 to Methanol Plant and Green Chemicals on Fixed Term basis as detailed below:

Head of Maintenance-01 Post

Required Qualification: Degree in Engineering in Chemical/ Mechanical/Electrical/C&I/

Computer Science or equivalent with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University/ Institution.

Experience Profile: Minimum 15 years’ post-qualification experience in Erection/ Commissioning/Maintenance in Methanol/Urea/Ammonia/ Hydrogenation/Refinery/Fuel/ Fertilizer/Petrochemical/or any other Chemical process industry. The candidate should be conversant in Maintenance & Maintenance planning in any of the above industry/plant, its associated fire and safety system and General HSE Guidelines. Technical proficiency and experience in Maintenance and Engineering aspects of Methanol/Ammonia/Fertilizer/ Petrochemical plant shall be preferred.

Upper Age Limit: 47Years

Remunerations: Monthly Consolidated Amount Rs. 215000/-. Additionally, HRA/Family Accommodation and Medical facility for self, spouse, two children & dependent parents as per rules.

Shift Charge Engineers – 02 Posts

Required Qualification: Degree in Chemical Engineering with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University/Institution.

Experience Profile: Minimum 12 years’ post-qualification experience in Commissioning/Operation of Methanol/Urea/Ammonia/ Hydrogenation/Refinery/Fuel/ Fertilizer/Petrochemical/any other Chemical/Process industry including Control/Operating Desk operation. The candidate should be conversant in Operation and Operation Planning in any of the above industries/plant, its associated fire and safety system and General HSE Guidelines.

Technical proficiency and experience in Engineering/Commissioning/ Operation aspects in Methanol/Ammonia/Fertilizer/Petrochemical plant shall be preferred.

Upper Age Limit: 44Years

Remunerations: Monthly Consolidated Amount Rs. 190000/-. Additionally, HRA/Family Accommodation and Medical facility for self, spouse, two children & dependent parents as per rules.

Executive (General Shift Support and Safety)- 01 Post

Required Qualification: Degree in Chemical Engineering with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University/Institute with Diploma in Industrial safety from RLI/CLI OR Diploma/PG Diploma/PG Degree in Industrial Safety/Fire & Safety from Institution recognized under the Factory AcURules OR Degree in Engineering in Industrial Safety/Fire & Safety with at least 60% marks from a University/ Institution recognized under the FactoriesAcUrules.

Experience Profile: Minimum 7 years’ post qualification experience in Commissioning/ Operation/Maintenance/Safety in Methanol /Urea / Ammonia /Hydrogenation /Refinery/Fuel /Fertilizer /Petrochemical/ or any other Chemical/Process industry. The candidate should be conversant with Safety Aspect and General HSE guidelines in any of the above industries/plant. Experience shall be counted from the date, a candidate has acquired Degree in Engineering.

Technical proficiency and experience in Methanol/Ammonia/Fertilizer/Petrochemical plant shall be preferred.

Upper Age Limit: 35 Years

Remunerations: Monthly Consolidated Amount Rs. 125000/-. Additionally, HRA/Family Accommodation and Medical facility for self, spouse, two children & dependent parents as per rules.

Executive (Control Room Operations)-03 Posts

Required Qualification: Degree in Engineering in Chemical Engineering with minimum 60% marks for a recognized University/Institution.

Experience Profile: Minimum 03 years’ post-qualification experience in Commissioning/Operation in Methanol/Urea/Ammonia/ Hydrogenation/Refinery/Fuel/ Fertilizer/Petrochemical/any other Chemical/Process industry including Control/Operating Desk operation. The candidate should be conversant in Operation and Operation Planning in any of the above industries/plant, its associated fire and safety system and General HSE Guidelines.

Technical proficiency and experience in Engineering/Commissioning/ Operation aspects in Methanol/Ammonia/Fertilizer/Petrochemical plant shall be preferred.

Upper Age Limit: 30 Years

Remunerations: Monthly Consolidated Amount Rs. 100000/-. Additionally, HRA/Family Accommodation and Medical facility for self, spouse, two children & dependent parents as per rules.

Executive (Process Engineering-Chemical/Methanol)- 01 Post

Required Qualification: Degree in Engineering in Chemical Engineering with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University/Institution.

Experience Profile: Minimum 03 years’ post-qualification experience in Process Engineering/Commissioning & Operation of Methanol/Urea/Ammonia/Hydrogenation/ Refinery/Fuel/Fertilizer/Petrochemical/any other Chemical/Process industries.

Expertise in Engineering, Commissioning/Operation, Storage/Handling, General HSE Systems, Fire and Safety in NG-SMR based Methanol/Chemical/Fuel plants or in similar Chemical industry shall be preferred.

Upper Age Limit: 30 Years

Remunerations: Monthly Consolidated Amount Rs. 100000/-. Additionally, HRA/Family Accommodation and Medical facility for self, spouse, two children & dependent parents as per rules.
