NABARD Recruitment of Office Attendant: NAMARD has published notification for the recruitment of 134 posts of Office Attendant in Group C in the subordinate service. The application mode is via online mode and the candidates can apply for the Office Attendant post between 02-10-2024 to 21-10-2024. The tentative date of online examination as notified by NABARD is scheduled on 21-11-2024.

The eligibility criteria is 10^th Pass, candidates possessing Graduation and higher qualification are not eligible to apply. The candidates must be between 18 to 30 years of age as on 01-10-2024, relaxation in age will be as government of India guidelines. The selection will be based on Online Test and Language Proficiency Test.

Educational Qualification

As on 01-10-2024 A candidate should have passed 10th Standard (S.S.C./Matriculation) from the concerned State/UT coming under the State/Regional Office to which he/she is applying. Such qualification should be from a recognized board.

The candidate should be an undergraduate as on 01.10.2024. Candidates possessing Graduation and higher qualification are not eligible to apply. The applicants will be required to give self-declaration in this regard in online application/at the time of appointment and/or as demanded by the Bank during the recruitment process.

The candidate must possess the required educational qualification as on 01 October 2024. The result of 10th Standard (S.S.C./Matriculation) examination of the required educational qualification must have been declared on or before 01 October 2024. In other words, candidates whose 10th Standard (S.S.C./Matriculation) results have been declared on or after 02 October 2024 are not eligible to apply.

Age Limit

The candidate must be between 18 and 30 years of age as on 01/10/2024, i.e., the candidate must have been born not earlier than 02/10/1994 and not later than 01/10/2006 (both days inclusive) are eligible to apply. Relaxation in age limit is as per government of India guidelines. Candidates refer to the Official Notification for details of Age Relaxation.

Selection Procedure

Step 1

The selection first step is the Online Test which will be of following pattern.

Next step of selection procedure is Language Proficiency Test.

All the Selected /Waitlist candidates would require to undergo the Language Proficiency Test (LPT). The LPT will be conducted in the official language of the State concerned / the State for which the candidate has applied in the online application form.

The LPT will be qualifying in nature. Candidates not qualifying/ passing the (LPT), would be disqualified. The details of LPT to be conducted would be available on NABARD website after declaration of the Online Examination Result. In this connection, a list of language/s specified for the LPT of concerned State/s is given in Official Notification Annexure I.

Step 3

State wise merit list will be prepared for final selection. The marks obtained in the online test will be considered for the final merit list. State wise final merit list will be prepared for SC/ST/OBC/ EWS candidates coming under “vertical reservation”.

For PWBD /EXS/ DIS-EXS candidates coming under “horizontal reservation” final merit list will be prepared on all India basis and the candidates will be posted to those centres / States / UTs as per their domicile State /UT.

Application Fee

For SC/ST/PWBD/EXS Total Fee is Rs 50/- and for all other the application fee is Rs 500/-. These fees mentioned are exclusive of any GST applicable at the time of payment.

Pay Scale

Selected candidates will draw a starting basic pay of Rs.10940/- p.m. in the scale of Rs.17270-590(4)-19630-690(3)-21700-840(3)-24220-1125(2)-26470-1400(4)-32070-1900(3)-37770 (20 Years) applicable to Office Attendants in Group ‘C’ and they will be eligible for Dearness Allowance, Local Compensatory Allowance, House Rent Allowance, and Grade Allowance as per rules in force from time to time. At present, initial monthly gross emoluments are approximately Rs. 35,000/-

How to Apply

Step 1

Candidates to go to the Bank’s website, click on the option “APPLY ONLINE” which will open a new screen.

Step 2

To register application, choose the tab “Click here for New Registration” and enter Name, Contact details and Email-id. A Provisional Registration Number and Password will be generated by the system and displayed on the screen. Candidate should note down the Provisional Registration Number and Password. An Email & SMS indicating the Provisional Registration number and Password will be sent at the given email ID and mobile number.

In case the candidate is unable to complete the application form in one go, he / she can save the data already entered by choosing “SAVE AND NEXT” tab. Prior to submission of the online application candidates are advised to use the “SAVE AND NEXT” facility to verify the details in the online application form and modify the same, if required. Visually Impaired candidates should fill the application form carefully and verify/ get the details verified to ensure that the same are correct prior to final submission.

Step 3

Validate your details and save your application by clicking the ‘Validate your details’ and ‘Save & Next’ button.

Step 4

Candidates can proceed to upload Photo & Signature as per the specifications given in the Guidelines for Scanning and Upload of Photograph and Signature detailed under point “C”.

Step 5

Click on the Preview Tab to preview and verify the entire application form before COMPLETE REGISTRATION. Modify details, if required, and click on ‘COMPLETE REGISTRATION’ ONLY after verifying and ensuring that the photograph, signature uploaded and other details filled by you are correct.

Click on ‘Payment’ Tab and proceed for payment. Click on ‘Submit’ button.
