NHPC Apprenticeship Recruitment: NHPC Limited for its Lower Subansiri project invites application for Diploma and ITI apprenticeship for 2024-25 under the Apprenticeship Act. In total 40 Vacancies has been notified for one year apprentice programme. During the Apprenticeship training period a monthly stipend of Rs 8000/- will be paid for Diploma candidates and for ITI RS 7000/- stipend will be paid per month.
The mode of application for NHPC Apprenticeship Recruitment is via online mode only. The selection process for one-year NHPC Apprenticeship Recruitment is through the merit list to be prepared based on marks obtained in ITI/Diploma.

Eligibility
The applicant for NHPC Apprenticeship Recruitment should have possessed minimum essential education qualification as mentioned above for each Categories of Apprentices. Result awaited candidates need not apply. The candidate who has completed his/ her diploma in respective discipline in or after 2020 are only eligible for the seats mentioned under Category-I Technical/ Diploma Apprentices.
Candidate for NHPC Apprenticeship Recruitment should be eligible with respect to age criteria as per this notification. The candidates who have acquired prior training/experience for one year & more and the candidates who have absconded previous apprenticeship training are not eligible to apply under this Notification.
Stipend
During the training period in NHPC Apprenticeship Recruitment, monthly stipend of Rs. 8000/- will be paid to the Category-I Technical/ Diploma Apprentices (including Govt. Share) and Rs. 7,700/- will be paid to the Category-II Trade Apprentices as per Apprenticeship Act, 1961 and/or as per Notification of Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Govt. of India, New Delhi as amended from time to time. The Apprentices will not be eligible for any other allowance or benefits.
Preferences
First preference in NHPC Apprenticeship Recruitment shall be given to the children of the people affected by the Project i.e Subansiri Lower H.E. Project, NHPC Ltd. Second preference shall be given to the children of the project affected Areas/Districts. Third preference shall be given to the children of other districts of Arunachal Pradesh and Assam. Fourth preference shall be given to the candidates of other states.

For Category – I Technical Diploma Apprentices:
The candidate applying for NHPC Apprenticeship Recruitment must have a valid Aadhar number, Mobile number & E-mail ID before applying for Apprenticeship.
Interested qualified Diploma candidates should first REGISTER themselves in the apprentice website and then apply for the relevant seats under the Advertisement created by Subansiri Lower H.E. Project (Establishment Enrollment ID: EARPAC094944) in the afore mentioned portal. Online opportunity/application will be open from 15.10.2024 to 05.11.2024.
For Category – II Designated Trade Apprentices:
The candidate for NHPC Apprenticeship Recruitment must have a valid Aadhar number, Mobile number & E-mail ID before applying for Apprenticeship.
Interested ITI Passed candidates applying for NHPC Apprenticeship Recruitment should first REGISTER themselves & complete their profile in the apprentice website h and then apply for the relevant seats created by Subansiri Lower H.E. Project, NHPC Ltd. (Establishment Code: E01221200002). Online opportunity/application will be open from 15.10.2024 to 05.11.2024.
Step – 2
The candidate should fill up the blank Application Form. The Blank Application Form is enclosed at Annexure-I to the Official Notification of NHPC Apprenticeship Recruitment.
The candidates are required to submit/send the duly filled application Form along with copy of self-attested certificates of educational qualification & mark sheets, Domicile Certificate, Document certifying member of Project Affected Family (PAF), Copy of Aadhar card etc. by Speed post/ Registered post/ By-hand to below mentioned address.
Last date of receiving of duly filled application is on or before 12/11/2024 (5:00PM).

Selection Procedure
Selection of Apprentice Trainees (Category-I & Category-II) shall be based on merit in accordance with preference. The merit list shall be prepared based on the marks secured in ITI/ Diploma. If two or more candidates secure equal marks while preparing merit list, then the candidate of higher age will be considered.
Offer of engagement letter will be sent to registered email ID of the shortlisted candidates. The candidates shortlisted shall have to produce all original testimonials/certificates such as educational certificates, mark sheets and certificates, caste/tribe certificate, domicile certificate, Aadhar Card, Pan Card, Document certifying member of Project Affected Family (PAF) if applicable at the time of verification.
