Applications are invited from interested eligible underprivileged candidates from residents of direct impact zones of RSP i.e., Bisra, Kuarmunda, Nuagaon, Lathikata Revenue Blocks of Sundargarh District, Rourkela Municipality, Rourkela Industrial Township, Resettlement Colonies of RSP and from the direct impact zones of Odisha Group of Mines (OGoM) i.e., Barsuan & Bolani Iron Ore Mines in the State of Odisha for a Preparatory Course at KIIT, Bhubaneswar to enhance their competence for employability.

For ITI Qualified Candidates Must be a Matriculate and must have passed ITI (2 years duration) in the trades of Electrician, Fitter and Machinist from a Govt. recognized institute. |
| Programme Details | 1. For Diploma & ITI Candidates Duration: 6 Months It is a residential programme. Expenses towards the Preparatory Course shall be borne by SAIL, RSP. Stipend @ Rs.1000/- per month during the training period. |
